"ANALOG MOMENTS" : Why You Should Participate (Way More) In The Analog World
I write here about why "ANALOG MOMENTS" are SO IMPORTANT. I also post Local Events that would only be relevant if you live in WI. I wanted to create a template that you could "copy" in your own city.

A Foreword: Why You Should Participate (Way More) In The Analog World
_________________________
Our World, and our Existence, is far more Analog than it is Digital.
Throughout the Globe, there are nooks, crannies, and “swaths”, that have not participated (or participated very little) in “The Digital Revolution”.
In my opinion – What we are currently experiencing currently, and trying to work through, again – in my opinion – is some form of “Digital Warp”.
If you have ever played the game of Poker, what we are experiencing is “A Digital Tribe” that is “overplaying their hand”.
I will not point any fingers, or name any names. That is not important (to me) and not why I am writing this.
I am going to write for a moment about Analog Moments that have not been duplicated even remotely by the Digital World that we are more or less being “sold on”. (After all, Digital Products and Services are not “free of cost”. Even worse, we are being sold on how we would spend our time, attention, and emotional capacity.)
When someone tries to sell you a Digital Solution to an Analog problem, it is OK to say “No”. “Maybe” works too.
Actually, I would encourage you to say No. Or at least to “think twice”.
“ANALOG MOMENTS”
I remember playing “Hide and Go Seek” for hours and hours with C & M. Surely that simple game was a metaphor for life?
I remember playing Wiffle Ball and “Catch” with C, M, A, J, J, J, & M.
When we were feeling really ambitious, and when the opportunity presented itself, we would migrate over to “The Field”, a piece of Vacant Land on Warwick Ave adjacent to M’s house. Tough to believe we had a baseball field and football field just sitting there waiting for us to play on.
Warwick Kids (and 19th Ward Kids in general) were provided with really (I mean really) good proximity to each other and also really excellent facilities.
I remember going to Mendon Ponds Park with my Mom, my Brother, J, C, & M, and packing foods like sandwiches and trail mix. How do you duplicate days like these digitally??
I remember being welcomed into Faith Temple Apostolic Church on Arnett Blvd, once or twice with A,J,J,J,K,B,M. The Services were long. The Services were very good.
I remember at lunch one day in Elementary School at #58 World Of Inquiry, I wet my pants because I didn't speak up about wanting to use the bathroom in the lunchroom. My classmates didn’t give me much trouble. Thank you (guys) for that.
I remember so many more that I won’t post online because I want them to remain truly Analog and in my mind.
This post will remain “EDITABLE”. I will add memories as I feel fit and appropriate.
